What makes Yap a white-label:
Yap runs entirely under your brand. From the landing page to the payment confirmation, your customers see your identity. Underneath, Pay@'s infrastructure handles the collections, invoicing, reconciliation and multi-channel payment requests, so the experience is yours while the engine is ours.
What can we offer our clients through Yap?
Yap allows you to offer payment and invoicing capabilities as part of your own proposition, under your own brand. Your clients can use the platform to generate invoices and payment requests, accept payments through multiple channels, manage fees, reconcile transactions and access reporting. You can therefore add value to your existing offering and create an additional revenue channel, without having to build or maintain the underlying payment infrastructure.
Do we need to host or maintain anything?
No. Yap is a fully hosted SaaS platform. Pay@ manages the servers, security, updates and maintenance in the cloud. You subscribe and use it, with no infrastructure to buy and no developers to hire.
How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding is fast. Straightforward. Yap connects through a single, well-documented API, and we can have a sandbox environment ready within 48 hours. From there, your branding, user roles and biller categories are configured, and you go live.
Which payment networks are included?
Yap supports multiple payment methods through one platform, including QR code, EFT, app and click-to-pay from a message, so your customers can pay however suits them.
How is settlement and reconciliation handled?
Yap reconciles every transaction automatically and exports to your accounting package. Settlement is fully managed by Pay@ and proven at national scale, so month-end runs itself. Our recon matching rate is 99.995% across our entire payment network.
What does it cost?
Pricing is bespoke and scales with your growth. Speak to our sales team for a quote tailored to your needs, volumes and rollout.
Is it FSCA and POPIA compliant?
Yes. Pay@ is an authorised financial services provider and PASA certified, and Yap is built to meet South Africa's regulatory and data-protection requirements, including POPIA.
