01 Your customer goes to the cashier at one of our retailer partners

02 The customer gives the cashier their Pay@ Go reference number starting with 11700

03 Your customer can choose how they want to pay, I.e. with cash or card

04 Once paid, your customer receives a receipt and you are notified of payment immediately
